HELP!!! needed to locate Vaio VGN-FE790 Motherboard Number

Hello!
I have a customized Vaio VGN-FE790 and i am having problems with my graphic card. It shows me some white dotted stripes on the screen and I cant turn on windows except in safe mode with lowest bit color.

I have sent it to the repair center and the have managed to fix the problem only by gently hitting the graphic card, but the problem comes again after a few days of operation.

I would like to change the whole motherboard as the graphic card is attached to it but I am having problems locating my motherboard model.

The only number I can find is this number that I am showing in the picture below but when I google it it does not show any results.

I have found a site where I can buy refurbished motherboards for vaio FE790 but I dont know what model to buy.

Can anyone please help me locate my motherboard model number and help me chosse a motherboard to buy. I don't want to throw away this 1500$ lap top.

you could try running CPU-Z. its a free program that tells you all the specs of of your cpu, ram, mobo.

 

Thanks for your help, but I have tried the CPU-Z and it does not give any information about the motherboard and the videocard, it just give information about the processor.
The other information tabs are blanc.
Any other help please
