Hey I was installing something and my laptop crashed. Now since I have the voltages set too low. I can't get myself back into windows. How can I reset the voltage during bootup?

Have you tried resetting the CMOS settings? Just pull the main battery and pull the CMOS battery off the MoBo for about 10-15 minutes to let everything clear and try it then.

No, just boot into safe mode and delete RMclock.
