    my Sony Vaio VGN-NR280E
    i deleted the hidden partition (recovery partition)
    NOW i want it BACK !!
    ANY HELP !!

    First, there is really no need for all the colors and oversized fonts. It won't gain your thread any more notice or attention.

    Now to your problem, did you create the DVD backup set as instructed by Sony in the unpacking directions? If so you have a copy of the recovery partition on those DVD's. If not you have one and only one recourse, and that is to by a DVD recovery set from Sony. I think they are about $15 plus shipping. There is no other way to get the recovery files.

    How many ways can I say that there is no other way to get the recovery files? It is a proprietary item that Sony will sell you. Asking on this forum where you can download a proprietary item will get your thread locked and you banned from this forum. Pirating of software is not condoned or even discussed here.

    If you didn't make the DVD recovery set as clearly instructed when you opened the box, then you need to fork over the $15 and buy a set.
