:( I'm really having trouble with my touchpad and performing music. Please, please can anyone tell me how to disable this tapping feature? With xp it was easy, now with Vista no way. Does anyone know how to disable this?

There should be an icon called "Touch Pad" down in the bottom right of your start bar. Right click it, choose "Mouse Properties" and then on the tab labeled "Tapping" unclick the check mark... if you don't have the touch pad icon to begin with, go install it. it should be there if you didn't change your installs as from sony.

Alternately, you can get there from either Control Panel or Device Manager.
