    Hey,

I have a VGN-C140G with the 5400rpm 120GB Hard Drive. I am looking to upgrade to a 7200rpm drive. I am unable to find any information on Sony's site about the interface of the drive.

    Is it a SATA drive?

    Any help would be great.

Yes it is SATA. Almost all Core Duo notebooks are.
