Hard case for TZ series

Hey guys,

I've searched through the forums and I've googled for ages, I can't find any card cases for the TZ.

I really want a hard case with foam lining for my TZ. I want to be able to chuck it in a backpack and not worry about it, I just don't trust any of the soft cases, especially with the thin screen the TZ has. There are plenty of places that sell laptop cases like this, it's just that none of them have ones small enough for the TZ.

Does anyone know if such a case exists?

At this point I think I'm gonna have to get a custom made small aluminum briefcase and cut some foam for the inside. Or maybe I'll be able to find some sort of case that's made for a different purpose but is about the right size.

 

Started looking at pistol cases, looks like that might be the way to go. Found a few online that are the perfect size. They're basically a mini hard briefcase with foam inside, perfect.

 

Good idea, I cracked my screen, and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. Looking around I'm not the only one either.
