    Has anyone done the USB patch? If so was it a noticeable amount of battery life given back?

    Im looking in my Registry right now and I dont see the USB is this rgiht before I do this?

    Well, I followed the Anandtech link and did the registry entry. Now when I try to open up the webcam in My computer, it says something like it has to close down Explorer or something like that.


    I guess i'm going to haveto delete this unless someone has a way to work around it.

    Edit: its the data execution prevention which closes windows exploere

    I'm confused...what "USB Patch" are you talking about? Can you provide a link that discusses this further?
