This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Has anyone experienced freezes on their Sony laptops?

    Happens on both of mine (VX and FS).
    Basically, the laptop just freezes, no errors and the only way out is to hold the power key for 3 seconds to reboot.

    Trying to pin point the issue before I arrange my return.
    Any info on this would be very helpfull.
