So I have 2 accounts (1 is guest account and 1 is standard). What i did was i changed my main account to standard and changed the guest account to Administrator and now when i try to change them, they dont work, they just stay the way they were even though i changed by main account from standard to administrator. How can i fix this? I want to change my account type but it wont let me.

PS YES, i have access to both of the accounts.

try systdm recovery in the safe mode. if that also fails, go for a bootcd like ERD commander & co.
