use the notebook cooler and clean the vent area from dust. if you know how to dissemble the notebook, clean the inside fan too or send it to authorized service centre.

thank you -
there isnt a software to change or monitor fan speeds for a laptop, only desktops

You can try HWMonitor, Notebook Hardware Control or RM Clock but i'm not sure if either of those work in W7. It is worth giving it a go though.
I also suggest that may be you try changing your thermal paste to something good like ICD7 or MX-2. With your laptop you have easy access to the CPU.
Also, you could try undervolting your processor.

i have seen CR fan not working properly, what was the reason for overheating. Open the hatch under the notebook so you can see the fan and check if its spinning.

i dont think its a thermal phase problem because its only 1 year since i bought it, but its a pretty good suggestion anyway,
how could i undervolting the processor? can you show me the thread?
thanks

you do realize that its mostly likely NOT thermal paste on the cpu but more like a thermal pad which is a very poor substitute for paste. I would do IC7 Diamond or Arctic Silver 5 for maximum heat dissipation.
When I opened up my Sony Z series laptop, and this is Sony's higher end stuff, it was still thermal pads on the CPU and GPU.
Heat Problems Solution?
