    Don't know if sony could come out with something to beat the new MBPR without getting.....sued.....

    It does not have to be a copy of the MBPR. I think Apple went too far in the disposable computer theme. Batteries glued behind the trackpad (ref fix.it) is a bit too much. A high dpi Vaio Z with a larger 15 screen (say 2560x1440 or even better 2560x1600, but apparently no one but Apple cares for 16x10) and integrated dGPU would just be fine. And battery should be serviceable.
