is it still under warranty? its hard to say what it is unless you give more specific information... is it just suddenly died? no weird behavior before it happens?

will it boot up? will it turn on at all?

might need to get a new laptop if ur one is not under warranty... the motherboard is basically half the laptop's value, and needless to say replacing it would very expensive.. and IMO would not be worth it...
