    Help!! I think I have hair behind my screen!

    sounds like a weird post I know...but it's bugging me. I checked and there is no scratch on my screen and I did a screenshot on a blank screen so I know that it's not a defect with the screen itself. So my guess is that it's caught behind the screen but I can't get to it.

    Wondering if anybody has had a similar problem; I'm not sure what I'd tell Sony Customer Service even if I called.

    Well taking a screen shot won't show the defect in the picture. The screenshot is taken directly from the graphics card. But if it is a hair, you might need to take a part your screen. I have a Dell, and Dell posted up some instructions on how to take apart your computer the proper way but I'm not sure about sony. I think it will also mean that you will void your waranty.

    Yah I realized after posting that the screenshot really proves nothing. (I did feel clever for about 5 minutes though). I bought the laptop in June so I will contact Sony Service and maybe bring it in when I get a chance. Thanks.
