This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Help! Can't find VAIO Help and Support!

    So I recently upgraded my SZ450 from Vista Business to Ultimate, and things were going fine until...

    I tried to access the original Help and Support that comes from Sony, but the link from the Start menu takes me to the generic windows one

    I tried searching in program files, even found the following folder:
    C:\Program Files\Sony\VAIO Help And Support\en-us

    However, there are no links to any exe files, and all the help-files will not open (unrecognized extention). I already tried re-installing Sony's Utilities DLL Update and Shared Library Update.

    If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know! Thanks!
