    Hello, really hope someone can help me.

    Recently bought a TX1HP from ebay, and wanted to reformat the laptop however cannot find the vaio recovery utility anywhere! its not in the start menu, or in program files.

    i have tried doing f10 when the laptop boots but nothing works. any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!!
