    I believe this is what she wants

    Help, I have a sony Vaio VGN FZ21E bought in 2008 for around £800, it had all the good specs with blu ray , can anyone help me, its been broken and with my insurers, they cannot fix it but have offered me another one but not with blu ray??? when on the sony site blu ray is not listed for my model, I am VERY confussed because it did have that and full hd.
    by chance has anyone else had one of these??

    Just take the Blu Ray drive out of your existing one and swap it with the new one. It's easy to remove, just two screws.

    It says the insurers offered "another one but not with blu ray", I assumed it would be the same model and therefore same physical build?
