I am having just too many troubles with the native Vista that came with my Vaio (model mentioned in the subject). Is it advisable to load an XP along with Vista (dual boot)? Is the laptop hardware compatible with XP (audio buttons etc.) ... ?

    Please help!

on the asia sony site you can probably find drivers for your model for XP. but it is not compatible by just loading XP.
You can dual boot if you want, there's no real issue with that.
