Perhaps this is a Vista issue but I've been unsuccessful getting help from either Sony or MS: On my TZ190 I cannot resume from sleep or hibernation -- the computer hangs and I end up having to forcibly shut it down. My first indication was the fingerprint reader wouldn't work when it resumed, but I could log in using my password. However, even though it appears to startup I cannot do anything -- the programs hangup and the computer ends up totally stopped -- can't even use Task Manager to force a shutdown.

Sony told me to reset the BIOS to default settings -- did that and it helped -- one time -- then back to the same situation.

I would REALLY APPRECIATE suggstions/help from more experienced folks -- the ultraportable benefits are lost if I have to fully startup/shutdown instead of using sleep or hibernate.

    Thanks!
