Hello everyone, I recently got my Z1 back from Squaretrade and I can't connect to the internet with any network or browser. I get a "Can't reach the real google.com" message with all browsers but Internet Explorer, I've tried different networks too. Before I call Squaretrade back, I want to reset the computer to see if that would fix it but I am having problems doing so. Whenever I enter Vaio Care Rescue, I get an error. It says "An error occurred while executing an application Cannot use this Recovery Media for this computer. Confirm the model type." I don't have any data I need on the laptop, how can I completely reset this PC?
