Your camera should be called VGP-VCC2 or VGP-VCC5 i think?
See if you can find out?

Otherwise, find drivers and try both.

I think there's some drivers for 5 on this site, but both will be on the sony support site. Can't tell you where, sony.co.uk is blocked at my office. SZ4 camera is the the same as the one on either the SZ3 or the SZ5, sorry can't remember which one.

...I've possibly been zero help there.

Either try SZ3 and SZ5 drivers

    or

Run devmgmt.msc and find your camera
Proporties > Details tab > choose Hardware ID's
Have a look what it says here. This should match your driver file (if you open it in notepad)
If not you can try editing the device ID in the driver file and trying again.

    If your feeling lucky.

Just noticed one of your other posts. Looks like you ordered your SZ4 new since the SZ6's came out. Try the driver for the SZ6.
