you need to have vista compatible nvidia drivers.
-
i have them, i downloaded them from the sony website, and from the nvidia website
how can i see if there are unknow devices in my pc? the device manager shows that eveything it ok. but the graphic card is missing -
the graphics card should be under display adaptors in the device manager.
what does it say in yours then, if the card is missing? -
it says Mobil Intel 945GM express chipset controller
-
Switch from "STAMINA" to "SPEED" and you have your missing NV7400 back! -
thanks it worked, however my cpu is still extremilly high (50 to 70%).
my ventilator runs mad...
any idea? -
It's very difficult to say from afar. After Vista installation a lot of different tasks are running, so give them some time to do their job. Check with task manager all running tasks, play with power management settings, etc.
