Help needed for CLEAN install Windows 8.1 on Vaio Pro 13

Hi, I recently purchased a Sony Vaio Pro 13 which had no operating system installed on the SSD and also the recovery partition had been wiped.

Now, I have successfully installed and activated Windows 8.1 but am very confused as to which drivers / utilities / software I now need.

My questions are:

1) Do I firtsly need to install Windows 8 (not 8.1) and then all related drivers / utilities / software for Windows 8 FIRST? At that point, do I then install 8.1 followed by all drivers / utilities / software for 8.1?

2) Or can I just go ahead and start installing all drivers / utilities / software for 8.1?

I would think (#2). install 8.1, then install the sony drivers / utils.
should be able to find what you need here: http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/select-system.pl?

 

Thanks. I've already installed 8.1 but am unsure which order to install the drivers / utilities as there are so many of them. I'm looking for somebody that already has this particular model and has successfully performed a clean install to 8.1
