To anyone who takes the time to read this thank you in advance. I'm not any good with forums and I did try searching for an answer before opening a new thread but everything was so confusing.
I've had this Sony Vaio for almost 2 years and it's recently been running slow and freezing up alot. I took the time to save personal items such as pictures onto an external hard drive. I know the laptop didn't come with a recovery disc however do I need to make them at the Vaio Recovery Center in order to wipe the computer clean? I've read things on pressing F10 and I've also read to wipe it from the Recovery Center. I just want it wiped clean and to start fresh and need to know where to start. I'm no good with this stuff, sorry if I'm making anyone cringe. I'm not completely computer illiterate but I definately don't have the money to spend if I mess anything up with reformatting. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks for your time.
