I hope someone here can help, I put this on the P1 forum but I haven't gotten a responce. I did the recovery disk and everything so far is working fine except for the fingerprint reader. It will not let me put my prints in keeps giving a "can't read print" error. I tried the settings and before I did the P1 recovery there was a scroll test on the fingerprint settings and that would scroll now since doing the recovery that won't work so I know it isn't me doing the finger print wrong...

    Can someone please help?
    Thanks,
    John

OK I got that up after a few re-boots but I have an other question.
How come my base score went from a 2.0 to a 1.0 when I used the recovery disk? My Scores are as follows:
    Processor: 4.3
    Memory (RAM): 4.1
    Graphics: 1.0
    Gaming Graphics: 1.0
    Primary hard disk: 3.9

Before I did the recovery disk, I don't remember the numbers but I think, my Graphics had like 2.5 and my Gaming Graphics had a 2.

Anyone know why the #'s would drop and how I can get it back up?

Perhaps the graphics drivers were not reinstalled. Download them from the Sony support web site.

    John,

Have you contacted Ivan at P1 to apprise him of your issue? Otherwise, wait until someone reads your thread and an answer will be forthcoming. Don't worry.
