    Help with V505 Ram

    I recently tried to replace the stock 2x256mb chips in my V505ECP with a new 1GB chip. The chip is the correct spec (pc2700, cl 2.5, 200 pin), but my laptop won't boot with it installed. Has anyone sucessfully upgraded a V505 with a 1GB?
