    Hi there!

My roommate recently spilled water on my 3 year old Sony S series laptop (VPCSB190X), and as a result the keyboard has stopped functioning. It otherwise works fine and I've been getting by with an external keyboard since then. I called up Sony Parts for a new keyboard, and they proceeded to send me the wrong part on 2 separate occasions over the past week. Finally when I cursed them out for being incompetent over the phone, they realized that the order is wrong and that I actually owe them $240 for a new keyboard, and not the $50 that the original order was for. Long story short, is there any alternative route to getting an external keyboard? I did a quick search online and found these two sites:
    1) laptop keyboard for your Sony VPCSB190X
    2) Sony VPCSB190X Keyboard - $96.00 : US PC Parts, Professional PC Parts Supplier

Has anyone dealt with these companies before, or can suggest some other way of getting a replacement keyboard?

    Thank you in advance!
