    Hi all

    I am looking for some help and advice with my Sony N series laptop.
    It is a VGN-N38E (PCG-7Y1M) . When i turn the laptop on the 3 green led's
    next to the power button stay on . i believe the lights to be the caps lock , number lock and scroll . Has anybody had or head of this fault before . Am
    i looking at a faulty motherboard or cpu . The motherboard is a MBX-160 .
