hi, everyone. i had widnows xp installed in my SZ650N, yesterday i download the wireless driver from intel, after i installed it, there is a window pops up says the driver i installed is not compatibale with the wireless device. then the wireless light went off.
then i went to the sony website to download "share library" and " notebook utilities", after i install those and reboot the computer, the wireless light comes back, but it also give me another "runtime error" about the power configuration or so. and FN, S1, S2 and Stamina/Speed swithing key doesn't work.
if i reinstall the "share library" and "notebook utilities" and then reboot it, the wireless light will went off again, but the Fn, S1,S2 and stamina/Speed key will work properly.
did anyone have this kind problem before?
    thanks in advance.

I suggest you have another look at the Sony website.
It lists instructions on how and in which order to instal drivers under XP.
    (Or use your recovery disk)

You possbly failed to instal the shared libraries at the very beginning and installed drivers in the wrong order.

    Else:
Search for one of the clean instal threads in this forum.
