Ok, I got my SZ 120 at around April 2006, and I usually alway use AC power when i'm using my laptop and barely use battery power at all, probably only about 4 times since I got it. However, I turn on my laptop today, the battery just disappear and my laptop can no longer recognize it -_-. Any help ? Can I still be able to get Sony to replace me a brand new battery ? (I didn't brought any extra warranty or anthing when I get the laptop)

It seems this is a bit of a trend. Perhaps a bad batch of batteries got out around that time. Give Sony a call. They should replace your battery for you.
There's a long thread in this forum about exactly that problem. -
May be the owners of such "bad batch" of batteries can jort down the serail # or model # so that other can varified it when they purchase a new SZ.
Or Sony already sort out this problem & the new battery that come with SZ is already been fixed? -
Thank for the help, btw, can any of you guys here give me the Sony number that I need to call for the new battery ?

It should be very easy to find on sonystyle.com. Just go to the support section.
