    Hibernate/bluescreen/reboot problem

    I solved my hibernate freezing-upon-reopening problem by adjusting my wireless router ispn numbers.

    But one problem remains. Often, upon coming out of hibernation the standard screen will come up, then as I begin to work a blue screen will quickly appear and then quickly go away and then windows automatically reboots.

    When I click the error message is refers to "Temp\WER31dc.dir00\Mini031106-01.dmp" and "Temp\Wer31dc.di00\sysdata.xml"

    ANy thoughts. How serious is this? Does this mean my hardware is defective? How can I prevent/solve?

    Please help!

    Have you applied the patch that is floating around for KB909667. I believe that it relates to your problem. I don't have any trouble hibernating but did before I applied hs patch.

    Thanks - I am unaware of this patch. Is this a Sony or Windows fix? Could you please tell me how to locate it?
