    Hi all,

On S460P/B, I have "Task Manager" running all the time and minimized, thus I can always see the CPU utilitzation all the time.

I noticed that the CPU utilization hit 90% or above when I do the following "simple" task:

    1. Right click on the desktop. It actually slows down a lot that it took to 2 seconds plus before the right-click menus shows up.

    2. Opening Windows Explorer.

    3. Clicking on the Start Button.

I have 3 other machines and they all do not exhibit such slow down, even on my old P4 1.7Ghz desktop.

I have a WinXP Pro fresh-install (using recovery CD, but stopped the app recovery process) and using NVidia driver (not Sony's)

    Thanks.
