    Hi everyone,
I'm Maarten from the netherlands and I bought a Sony Vaio F-series laptop two days ago.
I like the laptop very much, but I've got one (annoying) problem: When I'm just surfing on the internet or download something, there's a very high noise coming out of the laptop. The sound comes from under the space-bar.
Do you guys have this problem too, or am I the only one dealing with this problem? And does anyone know what I can do about it?
    Thanks in advance!
    Maarten

Already explained in the following topic; http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=448894&page=238

But it's a microphone problem with the F series, Sony plans on fixing these issues (by sending your laptop back to them so they fix it). But it can be (temporary) fixed by disabling the microphone in the sound settings.
