How can I watch movies ripped to my HD from InstantOn mode on my TZ? I have a bunch of movies on my hard drive and I would love to be able to watch them from InstantOn mode. I am assuming that this is possible with some software hacks or something, since music and pictures can be browsed from the HD within InstantOn mode. Any thoughts?

If Instant-on mode is anything like Dell MediaDirect, the biggest problem is probably codecs... INstant-on Mode (well, at least Mediadirect) is a seperate stripped down operating system that has its own, well, everything, including media player, drivers and codecs. And a Divx/xVid codec is probably NOT included... Theres some stuff about hacking that part of mediadirect (or maybe instant-on on these forums, just search for these terms with the term "codec" or "xvid" or "divx", you're bound to find something.)

Imho just use vista, it definitely has longer battery life, better drivers (for Nvidia digital vibrance, which is a must!), and about the same start-up time believe it or not!
