    Hi,

I have a Sony VPCW121AX netbook. I am looking to roll it back to the factory system image. I see a 5gb partition so I assume the data is there.

On dell's I think you do a "Control" + "F11" to access the restore menu. How do I do this on the Sony?

    Thanks,
    Rich

It should be either F10 or F12. No ctrl. Just during the BIOS/UEFI screen.

I cant seem to get to the actual Bios itself. I have tried tapping esc & tab.

Otherwise during the bios, I tap the F10, nothing really happens & I get into windows.

When tapping F12 during the bios, again nothing happens.

Any ideas what else I can try?

    Thanks,
    Rich

Is your Windows up and running? If so, do you have something called Vaio Recovery Center in your list of programs? If so, then that's all you need.
