I need to modify my order, but they are always busy, always on hold. Is there an "ideal" time I can call in? I can't even initiate a Chat online. I sent them an email last week but they haven't responded at all. Is this how bad their customer support is...?

Where are you located? Last time I called, I wasn't on hold at all, but that was in the morning around 10 AM-ish.

I am on the west cost, PST time. I think from your user profile, you are from east coast, on EST time, so your 10am means about 7am over here. Okay, maybe I have to get up early tomorrow to take care of this. :(

Yeah, technically, support is 24/7 though. I managed to call at around midnight and got some sort of reference number/action id, and then to get the actual repairs initiated, I had to call back during business hours, but it went through a lot faster with that number and the troubleshooting already done.

In general, I avoid calling any sort of support lines around lunch-time or after 5 PM because that's when everyone else is calling, too.
