How do I install a RAM upgrade in a Sony T series? I just ordered a 512 MB chip for it through Arch Memory and I'm not really sure how to install it. Pictures would be great. Does this void the warranty?

No, won't void the warranty. You should have a plate on the bottom with one or two screws, the RAM clips in there. It does depend on your model though...I think...I know the older T's used to have both RAM slots under the keyboard, which is a bit more work. I think the new ones have moved off this terrible design.

Judging from the pictures I have seen online the new T series does not have a RAM upgrade plate on the bottom of the notebook so I believe it is still under the keyboard. How do I remove the keyboard?

There will be a few screws to remove, proably near or under the battery. Consult the manual, it should have images for the procedure.

For T-series, there should be 3 screws on the bottom near to the battery, un-screw them and open the keyboard by lift up from the Num Lk and F5 key. You can see there are 2 latchs on the top side of these key and use some thin tool to lift them up then flip your keyboard slow and careful. Then you can see a memory slot for upgrade.
