    Any thoughts? Biggest drawbacks are slightly older processor, no DVD writer, and only 512MB RAM. Other than that, good deal? great deal?

    The really great deal on that comes when you do a trade in of an old Dell for a $500 rebate. Then you have a new notebook for $299 and you really can't beat that.
