    Hi,

I live in the UK and I returned my faulty CTO vaio last week. Was told that my bank should be credited within 7-10 working days but their system hasn't even logged in the collection and return of the laptop (BUT they recieved the laptop a week ago - I tracked the package).

Now they're telling me to call back at the end of next week. That's two weeks. How long does it take for their stystem to update? I mean, come on - the collection and return was made a WEEK ago. So what, is the returned laptop just randomly sitting in their warehouse somewhere and they haven't even looked at it?

Does anyone know how long sony really take to log the return in their system AND credit the account with a refund?

Any answers would be great. Thanks!

Probably on the 10th day, you'll see a electronic debit to your account for the full return price. They take as long as they can usually, or IMO.
