    Hi,
I just bought mine over the weekend and doing some casual surfing today I'm not finding a whole lot of threads pertaining to it, or even being listed much on Sony's site (for accessories and such).

Did this come out pretty recently or something?

    Thanks

And it's complicated by the fact that there are a bunch of very similar models with different model numbers, instead of just one model number with different options. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the S550, S560, S570, and S580 are closely related. They come in different case colors in some cases, so there is an S560P and an S560B, etc.. That's in the US. In other regions there are the S5 and the S50, each also available as a series of different models (and model numbers).

Much, but not all, of what you read about any of these also applies to yours.

Kinda reminds me of a gas grill I bought.......... the place I got it from had the 'guaranteed low price/find it lower anywhere else and we will pay you triple the difference'.
Well, as an example, I bought an Acme model abc123456789defgH, and I found a cheaper EXACT one, but, yep- model abc123456789defgI, not H.
I didn't get the refund - different 'models'.

But then again, they update software and drivers so much that even TRYING to have telephone tech support would be an absolute nightmare unless you were looking at the EXACT doc online.

I worked at a place awhile back, we ordered almost 500 identical PC's from a big-name outfit, halfway thru the shipment they changed the BIOS on some of them, we had to send all those back, we needed a certain exact bios........
