    Hi all,

Just bought a vaio FW with one year extra warranty. Has anybody done this before? I just don't know where to register it(on the sony website).

I want to still get one too - for my SZ.

It should say so on the "package" you bought.
If not, I'm sure you could register by phone.

Or else... wait till someone knowledgeable tells you.

Mine was registered for me by Sony Style. But you can check if you sign in to the support site (vaio-link.com for me in the UK). It should show your warranty expiry date in 2010 or whatever if it's been activated properly.

If not, just call the customer support number and speak to them about registering your warranty.

I found how to do it!

First you have to register your notebook. Then you will recieve an email with an activation for e-support. If you have your e-support account you can add warranty by clicking on manage products and second on your notebook.
