    How to enable 4GB support on Sony Vaio VGN-FE1X / VGN-FE2X / VGN-FE3X / VGN-FE4X

    Reading this thread I've enable hide function AHCI and Intel VT on my Sony Vaio VGN-FE21M (modify: T5500, OCZ Vertex 2 60GB). Bios Version: R0200J3

    Now I'ld like enable 4GB support but how can I do? The voice in the Bios should be "Memory Mapping --> Enable" or similar.

    I don't even know what you are talking about? 4 GB must be referring to RAM. Are these very old models, so old that they don't support 4 GB RAM?

    Exactly, so old. They don't support 4GB of RAM and AHCI but this last one I'm enable following this guide. Now that I ask if it's possible enable in the same way the "classic" voice (that you can find in mosty BIOS) "Memory Mapping --> Enable". Do you know how can I do?
