    I want to have new installation of windows vista. please help me to fix it, because its getting too slow

    provide me information to re-install windows vista on my SONY VIAO CR220E

    well thanx for listening 1st
    by fixing it i meant: since when i hav it its running with OS vista n now im getting problem with it, when i start it, on the screen when its loading desktop n all brings icon on it, while tht it opens window explorer n show my documents [when ever i start it] its viral attack i think.
    2nd im getting it too slow, for example if open ny program it takes a bit longer time now
    once i anstalled antivirus n remove viruses but it has deleted some windows files[c:/windows/astry.exe & c:/windows/acvhost.exe]
    now suggest me how to get it as it was on veryfirst day. i luv my notebook i want it like before :)

    so mr GURU can u please guide me how can i install vista on it and dont want to lose all my data. when i purchased it , there was no CD,s or DVD software given with it, i think it has OS n hardware software in flash.
    so how can i keep my data safe on it, and install vista again on it???
