How to get Realtek Mixer (Equalizer etc) on VPCZ-1 (2010/Z13) ?

I know that sony has made the driver customized since it has noise cancelling headphones and all that, but is there a Hack to re-enable and use the mixer??

Or failing that, is there any system-wide Equalizer software I could use?

Failing even that, is there a similar solution for the Nvidia chipset? (I route my sound through the HDMI-port when docked), so the realtek isn't active.

Any option for Either of them????
