Does anyone know if there is a similar option to the refurbished notebooks in Europe? Afaik that's just an option in the US. So if I choose not to buy the new Z, I'll go for an "old" one, but I can't figure out where to get one.

Sony Germany has an "Outlet Store".
    I bought my Z with i7, 256ssd, 8gb Ram and FHD for 1600 Euro ;)

Look every day on the site and have some luck!

wow that's good news! (considering I'm from Austria)
    Thanks a lot!

1600, that's great. Now there's one for about 1700 with way worse specs.

erm... sorry if that's a stupid question, but what's the difference between Z11, Z12 and Z13? Hardware-wise I don't see a big difference, looking at the Z11 you got there.

Other CPU and color options, 128GB configs do have toshiba SSDs instead of Samsung SSDs. US models have TPM modules. Other than that, there is no real difference at all.
