I have my TZ hooked up to an external monitor and it requires a lower resolution that the native Sony LCD screen allows. When I have the TZ booted and it is in the highest resolution mode, all is well. When I plug the computer into the external monitor, the resolution is automatically changed to the needed lower resolution. However, when I unplug the TZ from the monitor, the resolution does not change back up to the higher setting. How can I make it auto-change back up? Thanks

I think the TMM services on Vista is what auto detects that you're plugging in that external moniter. Unless you're using a docking station, before you unplug that external moniter I think you should be using your function keys (Fn + F7 on my SZ) to switch off the external feed.

    Just a thought anyway.
