    How to open up my S48GP for HDD exchange

    Hi there,

    I want to upgrade my HDD for my S48GP, but I don't know how to open it up for my laptop. Is there any instruction ?

    Ooops, sorry this is for a SZ :(

    It's very simple.

    look at the bottom of the case.
    Remove the screw just next to the dock connector.

    then remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the case.

    Now above F1 and the Insert keys you have two little clip holding the keyboard. Push them with a flat screw driver and lift the keyboard.

    Remove the 3 screws holding the top case where the trackpad is. slide the case upward to detach it.

    Now you have access to the HD, 4 screws are holding it.
