    Hi all

I have a VAIO SVZ 13 and I need to inset a sim card in the sim card holder. The instructions say inset a paper clip into the
hole on the vaio sim card holder but nothing seem to happen?

It just goes all the way in before stopping and I am scared to use force, just encase I damage something.

    any help with this?

how far am I meant to insert the pin/paper-clip? and how hard to push.

this is rather stupid mechanism for accessing the sim card??

    thanks

anyone have a SVZ13 with WWAN with similar problem?

the sony technical forum is down so cant ask there :(

I just cant seem to pop the tray out for some reason, maybe not enough pressure??

ok, any chance someone has a picture of that part of the laptop so that I can see the mechanics by
which the pin released the SIM tray?

    thanks

no pen needed. Just make sure the lid is closed and just pull the sim-tray out, using your fingerPOWERs dude! :)
