I need to replace a broken clip/hinge for one of the arrow keys but in order to find what spare hinge to order the compny selling them want me to remove one of the ordinary keycaps and send a photograph of what the hinge of that looks like.

Unfortunatly I can seem to figure out how to safely remove a keycap - they do not "flip loose" as easilly as on some other laptops I have experience with (where it could be done without any tools) and the last thing I want to do is breaking one more hinge...

Anybody that has successfully removed a keycap on the VPCZ1 and can give some advice about how to do it?

Advice about good companies that sell replacement keys / hinges are appreciated - right now I am talking with laptopkey.com. They seem helpful but sent me the wrong hinge on the first try (now they want this photograph to try finding one that for sure will fit)....
