I have had this laptop forever and hardly ever use it. the last time I did I downloaded something and got some malware and now getting an error code MSVCR80.dll is missing so want to do a reformat. I have my disks that burnt when I first purchased the laptop about 3 or 4 yrs ago. where do I first start...just put the cd's in the tray and it will go from there?
    thank you
