This has been bugging me for some time, I cannot seem to turn of bluetooth only without turning off WIFI on my T250p (using the wireless switch on panel).

If I simply disable the bluetooth adaptor in device manager, the blue light on the panel is still on? Did sony ever release a bluetooth utility manager? It is not in the listed downloads on the T250p page.

I want to turn off bluetooth while keeping wifi on.

Did you use the Wireless Switcher program in the taskbar? It has a LAN/B icon in the taskbar. What happens when you turn off bluetooth there?

According to sony's instruction of turning off wireless functions:
So there is no way to turn off Bluetooth without using the software or hardware switch.
